[To be honest, she's not sure if she believes this is the case or not. She's just restless - to be out of Versi, to not be near Gates or Erin or her new flat with all the heritage she was just beginning to discover. To assume - or perhaps more accurately, pretend - that showing up in this weird wing-world is an extension of that whole deal.

If anyone wants an action portion instead, she's wishing she had her scythe or blaster hanging out around central plaza, on one of the shop roofs, watching people. At least she has on her own set of clothes by now]

Azzip pizza has pizza. Seventh Heaven if you want something fancier. Good Spirits if you just want a drink and something basic to nibble on. They're all in the plaza. Everything is free, too.

Better than them throwing us scraps and watching everyone fight over them.

Lot of folks hunt and grow their own food too. There's a farm with an orchard to the north...east if you'd rather go that route.

Yeah. The farm was another 'gift'. And there's plenty of wildlife, too. But you have to watch yourself out there. There's a giant wolf...goddess out there that resents humans being in the forest in the first place. And she hates guns. But we all have a truce going; she doesn't go berserk on us, and we respect her and her domain and no one gets hurt. Just be respectful, and expect her to be pissy anyway. 'Long as you let her be the alpha though, she'll leave you alone.

[No idea what a wolf is. But she nods all the same. She almost asks why they don't kill it but... goddess? Jesu, a real "goddess." God. She shakes her head at the book and finally clears her throat awkwardly]
