Well, we had one kind that could infect people. And then there were older, different ones, that were mostly only talked about in myths.

Not much to tell. Her name is Rachel, and she abhors drinking human blood. Much prefers tea. Thinks the vampires from our world are little more than shambling monsters that should quite rightly be destroyed.

And yet she does maintain that she is a vampire. Never really sure why.
