Lives In: The Pokemon Habitat - often hangs out around Union Willow is a pokémon with a mission, who has a need to bring as many others as possible into the organization that is the Legion of the Moss Rock. An avid follower of a possibly self-created religion based on the worship of the Moss Rock, Willow grows moss on her body, which means that she smells even more than the average Gloom, a mix of sweet and pungent. Prone to being quirky and more than a little incomprehensible, she's got a special place among Melaka's. Pre-4/15 Willow is the self-styled emissary of the Legion of the Moss Rock to Melaka's Pokemon. A devout of the religion related to the Moss Rock, Willow - so named because of the way he leaves droop due to her constantly putting moss on them - sees herself as a guardian of it. On Melaka's team, she is overseeing the two babies' training to become proper members of the Legion while Melaka oversees her own personal growth. Willow insists on living in Melaka's apartment to oversee the babies, but the lack of sunlight her apartment gets has been a problem. Melaka intends to install a window to help her out, but for now, she just lives in a potted soil patch in there and frequently walks outside. She also insists on regularly going to commune with the Moss Rock. Pre-5/3 Willow can be charitably described as an odd duck. In fact, her appearance and name says it all: she is so named because of the fact that she deliberately grows moss on her leaves, causing them to droop in the way a normal Oddish's would not and look slightly unhealthy. Melaka thought that this made her resemble a Willow tree, hence the name Willow. The reason behind this is simple too - Willow is an emissary of the Legion of the Moss Rock, a group of worshipers and guardians who protect the sacred Moss Rock hidden deep in the Verdant Forest. She joined Melaka's group so that she might train the rest of them and spread the holy word of the Moss Rock to Union. Melaka, to humor her, has invested in a potted plant that Willow might root into for the nights and regularly takes her out to visit her beloved Moss Rock when time allows. However, like all of her pokemon, Willow has been trained for battle just in case. Willows sees this as a means to be a better guardian. The two babies of the team have willingly become members of the Legion of the Moss Rock, and thus are technically Willow's underlings - a "duty" that the Oddish takes very seriously, and will often preach or attempt to otherwise "train" them. None of the rest of the team is especially close to her, but all of them have learned to accept her oddity with a smile and an eyeroll for the most part. Pre-9/6 Willow is an oddball, a self-styled emissary of the Legion of the Moss Rock, sworn to protect the sacred rock which all grass pokemon should at some point make a pilgrimage to (or so she claims). She actually hit it off with the two babies of Melaka's team - Queenie and Shiram - while she was training them out int he Verdant Forest and came upon the sacred grove. Thereafter, both the train the babies in the way of the Legion and to get stronger herself through Melaka's training, she took up residence in Melaka's apartment, sometimes going out on the town in order to spread the good word of the Moss Rock. However, all of this changed with her evolution. While her growing moss on her leaves an Oddish was mostly just quirky, as a Gloom, Willow's attempts to grow moss on her body have made her stench unbearable for even the most hardened members of Melaka's team. While her growing power had netted her a spot on Melaka's main battle team, it has also banished her from Melaka's apartment. Willow now resides in the Pokemon Habitat on the Poison floor, much to her chagrin. She would have preferred the grass floor, but none of the other pokemon there would tolerate her stink either, and so she now resides as one of the few grass types on the toxic floor of the building. The two babies of Melaka's team do still regularly visit her, flanked by Lurks the Croagunk (the only member of Melaka's team who can tolerate the poison floor, as well as suggest places for them to go in it without danger) but none of the rest of the team other than Melaka really want much to do with her between her odd personality and her smell. Despite this, Willow's chipper attitude has not been damaged and she still makes regular forays into the city... to simply somewhat worse results. Pre-3/2 <ul><li>Willow is a strange Gloom that used to be a strange Oddish - Melaka met her when she recruited both of her original two baby pokémon into the Legion of the Moss Rock, a group dedicated to the defense of the Moss Rock. Since then, some other members of her team (namely, Broder and Sneak) have also joined the "cause, with different levels of dedication.</li> <li>Living to the beat of her own drum, Willow doesn't tend to get along with anyone but the most happy or chilled out people or pokémon naturally, but she also doesn't dislike anyone in particular. She's content to go through life in her own world, one which involves trying to tie the lives of others to the glory of moss.</li> <li>Willow used to live in a pot for a potted plant in Melaka's apartment, until she involved. Then slightly larger and <i>much</i> more smelly, she was forced to move out. the grass floor wouldn't have her, and thus much to her chagrin, she ended up on the poison floor. Where no one cares about the Moss Rock.</li> <li>Part of what makes Willow smell is that she grows moss on top of her head. As an Oddish, this meant that her leaves sagged (hence the name) but as a Gloom, she glows it on the ill-formed flower atop her crown. This gives her Gloom-stench a weirdly sweet smell.</li> <li>As much as she likes moss, and therefore the shadows, Willow is much more energetic when she's in the sun. This dichotomy means that she tends to have uppers and downers, largely based on how much sun she got in the course of that day. She can go from energetic and in your face to passive and strange.</li> <li><b>Favorite Teammates</b>: Shiram, Queenie, Broder (all joined Legion)</li> <li><b>Least Favorite Teammates</b>: N/A (doesn't dislike anyone)</li></ul>
